Though it is possible that you are experiencing lactic acidosis or peripheral neuropathy from the Atripla- that is very unlikely. I would consider alternative explanation including neurologic side effect of efavirenz, stress/anxiety, blood sugar or... Read more »

Nevirapine generally compares favorably to efavirenz with less effect on blood lipid values (often better blood fat lipids with nevirapine) and questionably less effect on fat distribution (that is less clear from the literature and my experience).... Read more »
