I am not aware of any known or theoretical interactions between Atripla and Mangosteen Juice so should be OK use in the same day. Properly conducted human studies with mangosteen juice are limited despite the health claims of its good properties... Read more »

Tough to sort out without even more details and examination. Truvada usually is better tolerated (including the gut) than Combivir. Your weight gain could be partly due to losing any fat losing properties of the AZT in Combivir and less overall GI... Read more »
