Fever and severe rash warrants careful clinical evaluation. If eyes, mouth, breathing are involved then you should be seen by a clinician urgently. Simply stopping Atripla can cause problems with resistance so may want to discuss with your HIV...

I've read that those who are infected almost always have a fever up to week 4 at least. Is this true? Can someone seroconvert without any fever? Is it possible to have a fever from week 4 onwards?Read more »
