Either option is an excellent choice. If you dont have results from a resistance test available the atazanavir option would be my choice due to its higher barrier for resistance. Otherwise the choice comes down to concerns about side effects (gut... Read more »

This is an interesting question. The regimen you are now taking carries a limited risk of any lipodystrophy. This being said, there are a few case reports of reversal of body shape abnormalities following a switch from another protease inhibitor... Read more »
