In early HIV infection, when the lymph nodes are swollen, could it be just one in the neck swollen or would it usually affect the lymph nodes all over the body? Any HIVers have experience with this?

I had an exposure 1.5 months ago with a guy that knew he was HIV + but didnt tell me anything until yesterday... I did not use a condom... I think I may have a little swelling in my armpits... Does anybody know how to identify if this is happening?...
