Spots on palms/soles of feet sometimes are seen in dark skinned patients on zivovudine (drug in Combivir) though other conditions such as syphilis need to be considered so ideally a clinical evaluation by at least a primary care doctor recommeneded.... Read more »

The nose lesion that bleeds easily doesn't sound like KS, but since I can't see the other lesions, I suggest that you have them checked by a dermatologist if you remain concerned. KS can occur at high T cell counts, although that... Read more »
