I assume you mean vaginal yeast infections. These are extremely common and are not indicative of HIV infection. Similarly, allergies are not indicative of HIV infection, and fatigue has multiple potential causes. The HIV test is extremely sensitive,... Read more »

The cases to date have not shown any HIV-1 infection. However, cases have demonstrated OIs, when CD4 counts are low. I would strongly suggest OI prophylaxis as one would do with AIDS or cancer associated leucopenia.... Read more »
