You do not indicate how long you have known you are antibody positive, or how long you have been infected. But judging from those numbers, you may be a nonprogressor. The "long-term" may not be known yet.MH... Read more »

No, in general, despite undetectable HIV viral loads in the blood and normal CD4 counts, long-term nonprogressors or elite controllers still have evidence of the virus in their circulating blood cells and in other organs.... Read more »

In general, the definition includes those people who have been infected for 10 years or longer, have maintained a CD4 count > 500 and an undetectable viral load (or at least < 500/ml) in the absence of any HIV treatment.... Read more »
