I have been on Atripla since June 2008. When I was first put on Atripla, I was already very sick, with a CD4 count of 38, and a Viral Load of 87,000. Fortunately now (last labs Sept. 2010) my CD4 is up to 350 with an Undetectable Viral Load around...

Anyone out there figured out a way to control these dreams that Sustiva in Atripla brings? Also I hear that African American's absorb the drug at a higher rate causing more issues.
