Hepatitis C is uncommonly transmitted through sex so I would doubt that one episode of unprotected intercourse led to hepatitis C infection. I would also check for hepatitis B which is more likely to be tranmitted through sex than hepatitis C. If... Read more »

My husband has been told that he may infact have hepititas c..We have been married 3 yrs now. I have 2 small children from my prior marrage that live in the same house with us. My concern is for me and my children not to be infected with this virus....
