It's possible that the symptoms were too mild to be noticed, and it is also possible that these people did not experience symptoms at all. There are always going to be outliers and exceptions to the rule, and in this case it's a minority... Read more »

A person is exhibiting classic signs of acute hiv ie: sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, muscle pains, general fatigue.

They take the antimicrobial zithromax and have all signs of this supposed acute hiv quickly vanish.
