What do HCV antibody test results mean with HIV negative @ 9 months

Had an antibody HCV test done at 7 months, it came back with a <0.1 0.0 - 0.8 s/c. After this I had one night upper abdominal pain, does this mean I have to go back and do another test such as the HCV RNA PCR. I'm at 11 months of exposure....

My Serum HIV test for Life insureance was negative, two weeks later i donated blood and was rejected because on my HIV anti-body test was positive. The Doc said my NAT showed negative for DNA results. Why am I getting different results?...
