Yes, you should worry, any interruption in your ART is undesirable and may lead to drug resistance, and this is moreso during the first 6 months of treatment when you are likely to have a higher viral load. I suggest that you do anything possible... Read more »

Hi, You are unable to avoid missing doses due to insurance reasons. It would be good if when the insurance does cover it again, you can start just like you did initially. Dose every 12 hours. It is unlikely you are resistant to the Fuzeon.... Read more »
