I have read that during ARS, people can get dry cough. Does this dry cough occur all day or only come up at night? Thanks....

HIV is not transmitted through the air (it is not airborne), so a person is not at risk for HIV infection when a person with acute HIV infection coughs.There is no evidence that HIV has ever been transmitted through fingering (even with hangnails).... Read more »

Antibiotics will have no effect on the HIV virus during acute infection. Symptomatic relief can be obtained for symptoms by many over the counter meds.... Read more »
