If a person who is positive sleeps with a person who is NOT positive, and the sex is protected and all the precautions are taken to prevent transmission, is the positive person legally required to let the negative partner know before sexual contact?...

hi, i agree with the other poster we all should disclose to someone you are going to have relations with, i got tagged by a guy who i repeatedly ask about testing and his response was he had been tested several times and was negative this was a lie...
