Hi,I will start med soon. my doctor told me start with atazanavir+ritonavir+truvada, but he told about Atripla before. my cd4 350, vl 90000. i didnt resistence test. Shoul be better start with Atripla?

Not that have been described. I have added Chantix to this regimen without ill effects and in doing so have seen long time smokers quit. Go for it.DW Read more »

Dr. Young,Are researchers working on some drug that fixes the flaw in atazanavir. For instance, you take it and can be assured the yellowing effect permanently reverses. If they are not, this might be a great idea. What do you think?Neil
