San Francisco Bike Ride Hits Record

May 24, 2002

The May 11 Ron Wilmot Bike Ride benefiting San Francisco's Project Inform attracted 92 riders for the seven-mile course along Golden Gate Park. The event, which helps fund the project's information line and other services, raised more than $73,000. Organizers said this was a new record.
