South Africa's Controversial Health Minister Out

September 26, 2008

South Africa's new president, Kgalema Motlanthe, was inaugurated Thursday and quickly set about naming a cabinet, which included the reassignment of Health Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang as a minister in the presidency.
