District of Columbia: New Chief Operating Officer Appointed at Pediatric AIDS Foundation

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation of the District has named Nicholas Hellmann executive vice president for medical and scientific affairs, and Carlos Carrazana chief operating officer.
