Illinois: Black Women's HIV Event March 11

March 6, 2008

On March 11, the Office on Women's Health in the US Department of Health and Human Services and the National HIV Testing Mobilization Campaign will present a special program on HIV and black women. The event's theme is "Women of African Descent and HIV/AIDS: How Do We Protect, Uplift, and Save Our Sisters?" Free HIV testing, refreshments and entertainment will be presented from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the DuSable Museum of African-American History, 740 E. 56th Place.
