Florida: Hollywood Workshops to Urge Women to Fight HIV/AIDS

"Taking Action to Save Our Lives" is the theme of a day of workshops being presented Saturday by the Broward County Health Department to encourage women to protect themselves against HIV/AIDS. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Dr. Martin Luther King Community Center in Hollywood. Monday has been designated as National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.
