District of Columbia: Regional Addiction Prevention Inc. Anniversary

Regional Addiction Prevention (RAP) Inc., which provides substance abuse services, mental health assistance, and HIV education and treatment services, will celebrate its 38th anniversary with a free festival Sunday. Screenings for HIV and other health problems will be offered, and the African Heritage Dancers & Drummers will perform. The event takes place from noon to 7 p.m. at Langdon Park, Franklin and 20th streets NE in Washington.
