Texas: Bexar County Receives Money for HIV/AIDS
May 30, 2007 Bexar County has received almost $1 million for medical care, drugs, and services for HIV/AIDS patients. The money is a supplemental award from the HIV/AIDS Bureau of the Health Resources Services Administration. To compete for the award, Bexar County submitted a grant application that detailed the needs of HIV-positive residents of the region.
