Texas Legislature Passes Bill That Requires Mandatory HIV Testing in State Prisons

May 29, 2007

A bill that expands HIV testing in the state prison system by establishing mandatory testing on inmates upon incarceration passed without a gubernatorial signature during the regular session of the 80th Texas Legislature, which ended Monday.
