"There's something going on in the heads" of homophobes "that must mean that they are having a major problem with their own sexuality," says UNAIDS Executive Director Peter Piot during a pre-conference summit on fighting gay stigma throughout the world. "We will get nowhere with our AIDS activities if the gay rights agenda is not progressing."
