U.S. News New York Daily News Profiles Brooklyn HIV/AIDS Physician, Advocate Beny PrimmFebruary 23, 2005 The New York Daily News on Monday profiled Dr. Beny Primm, executive director of Brooklyn's Addiction, Research and Treatment Corp. and a "longtime warrior" in the fight against HIV/AIDS, particularly in African-American communities. Primm said that the recent detection of a rare, drug-resistant HIV strain in New York City "should be a warning for everyone to not practice risky sex and to unquestionably be monogamous."
