Lambda Legal is a national organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgendered people, and people with HIV or AIDS through impact litigation, education, and public policy work.

AIDS Project

Lambda Legal's AIDS project is a unique voice in the AIDS and health care advocacy communities. Lambda Legal staff attorneys are heard equally in courtrooms, in congressional offices, and at the tables -- large and small -- where health care needs are identified and policy is negotiated. Lambda Legal remains the leader in combatting discrimination against people with HIV/AIDS and continues to advocate for universal coverage and a system of care that takes into account the special health needs of all people with HIV/AIDS.
