Eating Hints for Cancer Patients

Fresh Peach Sauce

1 large peach, peeled and thinly sliced

1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

1/4 cup water

1 tsp. cornstarch

dash nutmeg

Combine ingredients in a small pan, stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Cook over medium heat until sauce boils and is thickened. Serves 1.
