Eating Hints for Cancer Patients

Amaretto Creme

1/2 cup chilled half-and-half

2 tbsp. vanilla ice cream

1 tbsp. Amaretto cordial

Mix until smooth. Serve in stemmed glass. Serves 1.

Butterscotch Brandy Creme: Omit Amaretto; add 2 tbsp. butterscotch sauce and 1 tbsp. brandy.

*Substitute nondairy creamer and omit ice cream (Amaretto).
Substitute nondairy creamer and milk-free butterscotch sauce (Butterscotch Brandy Creme).
** Each serving counts as 1/2 cup milk.
