Following nearly a year delay, PEPFAR recently released its technical guidance document (.pdf) on prevention programs for men who have sex with men, according to this Center for Global Health Policy "ScienceSpeaks" blog post. The guidance "includes recommendations for ensuring confidentiality and other means of optimizing HIV prevention for this unique population," and "outlin[es] activities that PEPFAR will support through country budgets," the blog states (Mazzotta, 5/20).
