U.S. News North Carolina: AIDS Funding "Top Priority" at Lobby Day This WeekApril 12, 2011 More than 100 activists from 32 North Carolina municipalities are expected to take part in Wednesday's HIV/AIDS Advocacy Day in Raleigh. Event organizers -- the North Carolina AIDS Action Network and the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition -- say their top priority is maintaining funding for the state AIDS Drug Assistance Program.
