U.S. News Illinois: Health Department Offers STD TestingApril 8, 2011 In recognition of April's designation as STD Awareness Month, the DuPage County Health Department on Monday kicked off a "Get Yourself Tested" initiative. The department clinic offers confidential testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV -- plus focused physical examinations for other STDs and treatment if necessary -- for $50.
