One -- promoted by the GOP-controlled House of Representatives -- slashes billions from countless federal safety net programs and makes moves to defund the historic advances of health care reform. The second -- offered up by the Democratic leaders in the Senate -- makes tough cuts but also protects bedrock services for people living with and at risk for HIV/AIDS and safeguards health care reform funding.

Your voice is needed now more than ever to ensure our leaders hold the line and defend against any attempts to defund health care reform or take a sledgehammer to essential services.
