U.S. News Free, Confidential HIV Clinic in Hornell, N.Y.February 23, 2011 Beginning March 1, Steuben County Public Health and Nursing Services will offer free, confidential HIV and STD testing, counseling, and treatment on Tuesdays from 1 to 3 p.m. The clinics will be held at the SCPHNS offices at 7604 Seneca Road North, Hornell, with services available to all county residents. Appointments are required; telephone nursing services in the Bath office at 607-664-2438 or 800-724-0471.
