The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is offering free rapid HIV testing through the week, along with other events to observe National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (Feb. 7). No appointment is needed for testing, and preliminary results are available in 20 minutes. Testing on Tuesday is being conducted at Club Cedar, 416 S. 27th St., 6-10 p.m. On Wednesday, the department will visit the Park DuValle Community Health Center, 3015 Wilson Ave., for a 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. testing clinic.
