U.S. News Indiana: HIV Conference SetNovember 10, 2010 "Putting the Pieces Together," a capacity-building conference for non-profits that serve people with HIV, will be held Thursday and Friday at Ivy Tech Community College in South Bend. Topics will include cultural competency, recruitment and retention, board development, and volunteer management.
