November 5, 2010
The Caribbean Broadcast Media Partnership has tapped reggae singer Etana for its outreach to raise HIV/AIDS awareness in the region. Etana recently traveled to Barbados, where she met with organizers and recorded public service announcements that urge people to get tested and protect themselves against HIV. Other influential entertainers from the Caribbean also are taking part in the effort. For more on the campaign, visit www.iliveup.com.
