California: Despite Arrests, Allen Temple Plans to Return to Zimbabwe

It has been just five weeks since they were released from jail in Zimbabwe, but already four members of the AIDS ministry at Oakland's Allen Temple Baptist Church are planning their return to the southern African nation. The advocates blamed their arrest and four-day detention on a "misunderstanding." A court cleared them of all charges on Sept. 27. They arrived back home two days later and have vowed to continue their decade-long work of treating Zimbabweans living with HIV.
