U.S. News Nebraska: Study to Combat County's STD EpidemicAugust 20, 2010 The Douglas County Board of Health has announced a year-long epidemiological study to tackle the county?s STD problem. The outreach will focus on northern Omaha and will use free screening as a strategy to identify the populations most affected. Grant funds will support the study, which begins in September.
