Koh, M.D., M.P.H., is Assistant Secretary for Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Today is the second day of the International AIDS Conference in Vienna, Austria. Clinton. Drug policy was one of the topics addressed in these plenary sessions. I sat down to talk with Dr. Jack Stein from the U.S. Office of National Drug Control Policy, to hear his key takeaway messages from today's plenary. We also discussed the 2010 National Drug Control Strategy and its implications for the recently launched White House National HIV/AIDS Strategy. The following video shows highlights from our conversation.
