U.S. News Illinois: Local AIDS Chair on PACHAApril 9, 2010 Patricia Garcia, MD, MPH, the executive director of the Pediatric AIDS Chicago Prevention Initiative, has been appointed to the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS. PACHA's 24 members include researchers, service providers, and community leaders.
