North Carolina: AIDS Quilting Group Forms

The Western North Carolina AIDS Project is starting a quilting group for those who would like to memorialize a loved one in the NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt. Beginning May 15, the group will meet one Saturday a month from 10 a.m. to noon at WNCAP's offices in Oakley. The quilt panels created by the group will be displayed in November and December in conjunction with World AIDS Day. For more information, e-mail pamsiekman@earthlink.net or telephone 828-252-7489.
