U.S. News Dallas County Offering Free STD TestingFebruary 5, 2010 In observance of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day on Sunday, the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services is providing free STD testing. On Friday, screenings will be conducted at DCDHHS, 2377 N. Stemmons Freeway, 3rd floor, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and at the Southwest Center Mall, 3633 W.
