About Our Guest Anchor:

Anne King became a U.S. Air Force wife at 17, raised six children, and later received her master's degree in library science from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1980. She then went on to direct the library at LSU-Shreveport, retiring in 1991. Now 82, she remains active with university and church activities while maintaining a maddening ability not to show favoritism among her kids, 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Anne attended her first HIV/AIDS education class in 1987, when she traveled to Los Angeles to attend the "Positive Living for US" seminar with her son (and video blogger for TheBody.com) Mark S. King, who tested positive in 1986.
