Alabama: Mayor Larry Langford's Proposed Cuts to Groups, Boards, Agencies

May 29, 2009

Under a budget put forth by Birmingham Mayor Larry Langford, the AIDS Task Force of Alabama would see its funding reduced from $70,000 in 2009 to $35,000 in 2010. The Birmingham AIDS Outreach and the Jefferson County AIDS in Minorities would have their funding, $29,938 and $42,000, respectively, eliminated.
