International News Vietnam to Include Input From HIV-Positive People for New Prevention ProjectMarch 19, 2009 An institute in Vietnam is formulating a new HIV/AIDS prevention project that will include input from people living with the disease, the Vietnamese News Agency reports. The project will implement an approach based on human rights, gender equality and the participation of multiple sectors, according to the Vietnamese News Agency.
