Product Pipeline From the Alliance for Microbicide Development

The Alliance for Microbicide Development tracks the progress of candidate microbicides through the research pipeline. On the first Friday of each month, the Alliance's Weekly News Digest includes an update on overall progress in the field, including an overall count of microbicide candidate compounds or products in development, the number of those that are in preclinical development, and the number that are in some phase of clinical trials. They also provide a tabular breakdown of candidates by clinical trial phase.
