U.S. News Pennsylvania: Nonprofit to Offer Free HIV Testing, Health ScreeningsJune 23, 2008 On Friday, National HIV Testing Day, Community Health & Education Outreach will offer free, rapid HIV tests and other health screenings at its headquarters in Collingdale. The nonprofit group, which serves clients from West Philadelphia and Delaware County, will provide a financial incentive to the first 50 participants. Philadelphia and Delaware counties have the highest and third-highest reported number of HIV/AIDS cases in the state.
