Kentucky: Doctor Will Offer Up Tips on "the Talk"

A program designed to help parents and educators talk to teens about abstinence will be presented Thursday night at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington. "Mom, Dad, We Gotta Talk" is the title of the lecture by Dr. Meg Meeker, author of the book "Epidemic: How Teen Sex Threatens Our Sons and Daughters." The presentation, which begins at 7 p.m., is funded by Kentucky's Administration for Children and Families Community-Based Abstinence Education Grant.
