Medical News Correction: AIDS-Heart Attack StoryApril 8, 2008 The Associated Press has issued the following corrections to its article "Study Suggests Common AIDS Drug Nearly Doubles Heart Attack Risk" [covered here]. Among the study's patients, 517 had heart attacks, not 754. Follow-up was as long as eight years, not five years as stated in the article.
